Are IT careers indeed the most future proof careers?

How far can a career in IT take you, and for how long? The recent HyperionDev Graduate Report has all the stats:

95% of our graduates have reached their career outcomes since graduation. Some have moved to a career in tech, while some have started their own business. Others have moved up in their current tech role, or started using their newfound skills in a non-tech job.

66% of students who switched to IT careers took a Software Engineering Bootcamp with us. This includes the short courses that were popular in early 2017, such as the Certified Software Developer & Introduction to Programming Course. These have since been absorbed into the Software Engineer Bootcamp, which was our most popular course in 2018. This course has resulted in the most successful placement of graduates, thanks to industry demand.
