With conversations with many of the best universities across multiple countries, we're scaling fast with a new business model: university branded and certified online coding bootcamps. We're already awarding online coding bootcamp certifications through partnerships with several universities.

We’ve launched university-branded bootcamps that have generated over 6000 student registrations in under 3 months. This evolution of our business model allows us to use our existing tried and tested coding bootcamps, online learning platform, and learning platform to quickly launch new bootcamps in new regions without having to establish the HyperionDev brand first.

This business model sits firmly within the $117 billion ‘Online Micro Credential’ market, in which several unicorns such as Coursera and 2U exist, and is growing 17% year on year. We are raising a round of funding to cement our lead in the EMEA market, with a goal to end 2022 with 10 of the world's top 50 universities working with HyperionDev to launch bootcamps across the globe.

About this fundraising campaign

We were blown away by the demand for our first ever crowdfunding campaign run in 2021. We closed the largest edtech fundraise on Crowdcube in 2021, reaching over £3mil in commitments in seven days, forcing us to close our crowdfund four weeks early. We are backed by nearly 1500 angel investors.

Reliance on the information contained in this letter for the purpose of engaging in any investment activity may expose an investor to a significant risk of losing all of the property invested or of incurring additional liability.
